A Bit About Me

I am Andy Zhang, a doctoral student majoring in Leadership and Policy Studies at Vanderbilt University Peabody College of Education and Human Development. I majored in Economics during my undergraduate studies and International Education Policy and Management during my master's. I also worked as a research assistant at the Harvard Department of Economics with a specialization in Development Economics. My research focuses on examining education inequalities through experimental and quasi-experimental evaluations to improve teacher effectiveness and student learning outcomes and optimize education policy in under-resourced settings across the world.
